It is exactly opposite to Guangzhou International Textile City, it was combined by two old markets, D/E area near to Rui Kang Road was “Rui Fang” , A/B/C area in the behind was “Xiao Hong”, they are combined into a big market and the local people normally say “Lao Chang Jiang”.
If you source cheap rayon, chiffon, embroidery, cotton, jacquard, woolen… here is a good place. Vendors here sell all types of fabrics but most of them are low-end. Compared to the market on the other side of Ruikang Road, price for same stuff here is cheaper but fashion trendsetter probably will feel boring. The market is huge too and the traffic is quite inconvenient especially in the evening, you have to make your way in the crowds of motorbikes and tricycles. It’s 3 floors but very few buyers go upstairs as most of the 2nd & 3rd floor are used as warehouses.
