Before Coming to China

1. Get all the terms and conditions cleared: Agency fee deposits, shipping, and import customs clearance cost.
2. Book a manager who will be responsible for your project as soon as you can.
3. After the dates are booked, our manager starts to plan your trip based on the information you give us.
4. Send us a design project, shopping list or just tell us in detail what exactly you’re planning to buy. Engineering documents, house plans – anything would be a great help.
5. Tell our managers about the project’s estimated budget or budget for items needed. It would allow us to avoid wasting your time and taking you to the places which are no fit for your budget or quality requirements.
6. Book flight tickets and a hotel in Guangzhou.

When you’re in China

1. Our manager can meet you at Baiyun International Airport and takes you to the hotel or simply arrange a car. Please let us know in advance.
2. When you’re ready to start, our manager meets you at a hotel lobby. We can start working on the very same day.
3. Next days you’ll be with the manager, visiting markets and enjoying furniture shopping.
The manager:
a. We will take you to the market, and help you look for wholesale products according to your procurement plan. Or when you don’t have any plan, we can take you to some of the most popular shops in the market.
b. When you enter the store, We act as a translator to help you communicate with the supplier. Take notes and photos of things you’ve liked. Bargain on your behalf to get the lowest price possible.
c. Require necessary documentation from the sellers and checks how it’s filled. It’s also important to collect a factory’s management contacts to have leverage.
d. Arrange all the transportation during your time in Guangzhou, Foshan, Guzhen.

After you leave

1. Contact us if you need to change anything in the order.
2. When placing an additional order, remember to transfer a deposit for it to avoid any delays in production.
3. After the order is finalized and all the deposits paid, factories start the production.
4. We control the production, solve any problems and fix delays during the process.
5. After production is finished our manager goes to the factory’s warehouse for quality check and send a customer a photo report afterward: the goods are to be checked for external damages, and for matching the order. The manager also revises paperwork which will be used for customs clearance.
6. We accept the order when and only it meets all the quality requirements. Managers send photo reposts from every quality check and wait for customers’ confirmation.
7. If there are no quality issues, customers transfer the balance payment.
8. We gather all of the goods in our warehouse in Guangzhou.
9. After all the orders are ready to ship, we book a container.
10. Our managers always supervise container loading and make a photo report.
11. We transport the container and do customs clearance in China. After the container is shipped to the nearest to the customer port

How long does it take till I receive my order?

2-3 months, on average. It depends on the quantity, type of furniture and factory workload.

How to finalize the order?

From our experience, most of the clients change and finalize the order after going back home. Just contact our manager and let them know about changes and finalization.

What happens after finalization?

If there were any additional orders, remember to transfer the deposit for them. The production starts after a factory receives all the deposits.

Can I cancel some of the items in the order?

If it’s a whole order for one factory, it’s not possible. Even if you cancel, factories never give the deposit back.

Can you help me with the visa invitation to China?

Yes, we help our clients with visa invitations. Please send us the dates of your trip and a photocopy of your passport.
Please notice that in accordance with Chinese laws, we can only make invitations for our customers and are responsible for them during their stay in China. Therefore, we send invitations only after a client has booked dates and paid a deposit. In the case of entry into the country at our invitation and refusal to work with us, we are obliged to report to the migration police.

Can I order furniture without coming to China?

We provide this service for clients who are looking for the same type of furniture, for example: for a cafe, restaurants, hotels, etc. The order still has to be very detailed with measurements, prices, colors, and material specifications.
We don’t work with remote orders for private property. Mostly because from our experience you’ll need at least 10 different manufacturers to furnish one house. This order is hard to choose from such a long distance.
There are many factors can leave customers unhappy: color rendering, a different understanding of good quality.

Do I have to have a design project to buy furniture in China?

Not really. What you need to do is to decide on the style and make a detailed list of the things you’re planning to buy. Please send this list to our managers right after booking the dates.

Can you calculate the budget needed for my project?

We understand it’s a common service in many countries but Chinese suppliers do not work this way.
Also keep in mind that there are more than 5000 factories here in Foshan, budgeting can be a challenging task.
