Deposit for goods
Clients pay a 30% (rarely 50%) deposit when placing an order at markets. The order is put in a production queue after a factory receives the deposit. If the payment is in cash, the order is queued on the same or next day.
If the payment made by a bank transfer a factory waits for financial department confirmation of receiving the money.
Sometimes, especially at the end of the year, showrooms are up for sale and can be shipped right away. Remember that they are in the showroom for clients to sit, so there are probably thousands of people who have sat on it before. Also, you won’t find many or any sales samples from the new collection.
Balance Payment
70% balance for the goods is paid after our specialists have made a quality check. Our managers are responsible for quality. Only after factories receives the balance payment, they release the goods for moving it to our warehouse. After consolidation, we book a container for the following shipment.
We recommend not to delay any payments to get your order on time.

Normally suppliers ask 30% payment as the deposit for production and 70% paid before loading.
How to pay suppliers and our company?
Wholesaler
If you are a wholesaler and purchase a large number of products from the same supplier, we recommend that you transfer the deposits and balances directly to the supplier.
If you have some products combined in the same container, we can help you pay separately if necessary.
Project Procurement
Same as the wholesaler, if the order amount is big enough and the supplier accepts USD transfer, please pay to the supplier directly.
If you buy from several suppliers and they hope to receive the Chinese currency Yuan as payment.
We can help you to exchange into RMB and pay to suppliers once receiving your remittance.
Family Purchasing
As to our experience, there would be more than 10 suppliers for a family purchasing such as furniture, lights, tiles, sanitary wares.
So we recommend that you transferring deposit and balance to us, and we will process the payment for these suppliers for you.
Questions & Answers
Can I cancel the order after paying the deposit or change a factory?
Chinese manufacturers do not refund a deposit. So if you decide to cancel the order, you lose 30% deposit.
Can I buy sample furniture from showrooms?
Sometimes yes. If you see a sale price tag on the sofa, this is a discount sample.
